Holidays
Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year periods have a 14-day cancellation cutoff and require a three-night minimum stay unless only one or two nights are available. All other holiday periods have a 7-day cancellation cutoff and require a two-night minimum stay unless only one night is available.
Cancelling holiday reservations before the cutoff will incur a $50 cancellation fee. After the cancellation cutoff, the reservation is nonrefundable. The cancellation cutoff time is noon on either the 7th day (most holidays) or 14th day (Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year) before the first day of the reservation.
